Mic has spent the last 20 years keeping the creative vision on track, on schedule and on budget. Possessing a deep understanding of all aspects of production, Mic has overseen a broad range of projects including film, video, digital media and live multi-media events.
Getting her start as a Production Manager for Big City Films, Mic has worked her way up through the ranks to become one of their lead Producers; Working on such projects as Band of Gold, Revisiting the Dream and When I Need to Smile, as well as several of Big City Films’ commercial and industrial productions including work with Michael Jackson.
Branching out Mic has worked on feature films, most notably Crossover, starring Wayne Brady and Anthony Mackey as well as, Naqoyqatsi, the third film in a trilogy directed by Godfrey Reggio. Her commercial work includes clients such as The Somerset Collection, General Motors and Chase Bank.
Mic’s credits also include several industrial projects. From large screen projection at global auto shows, to press event reveal videos, and multi-media meeting presentation support, Mic manages to deliver a client’s message on point, while creating a tone and mood to dynamically present the material to a targeted audience.
Along with her film and video work, Mic’s production abilities also reach to live events. Mic has produced such shows as The GM Style Event, Ford Dealer Meetings, Get Your Heart Racing, Kmart Sales Meetings and countless press events. In 2014 Mic produced a live moving truck assembly line at the North American International Auto Show, including choreographing the robots on the assembly line. In 2016 she helped produce the award winning Social Square Live for Imagination the Americas.
Mic is a life-long Detroiter with a BA from Michigan State University.
